What kind of dust removing solution should be used in PCR200 pneumatic crawler drilling rigs?

Whether you're using DTH or Top Hammer Pneumatic Crawler Drilling Rig （eg, Ingersoll Rand CM351, EPIROC AirRoc D45/D50, Furukawa PCR200, TANG-PCR200-MIX, YUAN-PCR200-PRO, QIN-PCR200-DTH, HAN-D50-DTH...）, you're probably being annoyed by the dust while the rig is drilling, which is damaging and irreversible to the Driller's respiratory system.
But based on the working principle of pneumatic crawler drilling rig and the installation principle of dust collector, if you make a wrong choice, it will bring you huge economic losses.

1. You must know the basic working principle of the pneumatic crawler drilling rig. The rig is driven by the portable screw air compressor, in order to carry out various actions, traveling, drilling, if it is losing the air compressor, the rig is unable to do anything.
2. Pneumatic crawler drill is mounted with dust collector which has filters and pulse, the air compressor must share the air to the pneumatic crawler drilling rig, that is bound to affect the air supply, that is, 100% of the original air supply to the pneumatic crawler drilling rig, but now with a dust catcher, only 70% of the air supply to the drilling rig, it is bound to affect drilling efficiency, improve the drilling cost.
3. Installing a dust collector with pulse control and dust collecting filter, but also need to add bit battery on the dust collector, in order to ensure the normal operation of the pulse. This undoubtedly presents a huge problem to the work site without power supply.

So, your DTH or Top hammer pneumatic crawler rock drilling rig can not be installed with dust collector?
